MLC's Mission/Stewardship Projects
Our Stewardship Committee chooses various projects throughout the year. If you have an idea for a project that you would like to organize and lead, please discuss it with the Committee, who will either approve it, or bring it to the church council, if necessary.
If you have a name you'd like to add to the prayer list, please give the information to Phyllis or Pastor. If you would like Pastor to pray for someone during the Prayer of the Church, please e-mail him: [email protected]; or clearly print or type their name and situation on a piece of paper and give it to him before church.

When we're open again, please bring your used printer cartridges to the church and drop them in the designated box in the narthex. We turn them in and earn credits for teachers/schools. + MLC participates in the English District's "$1 + 1 +1" mission campaign - One Dollar - Per Member - Per Week. If you're able to contribute, please bring $1 to church each week, or as often as possible, to drop in the "church" bank in the narthex. MLC has contributed several hundred dollars to the district's mission outreaches.
If you want to help victims of natural disasters, war, famine, or illnesses such as COVID-19, malaria, or ebola, etc., in our own country and around the world, but aren't sure what organization you can trust with your donation,

MLC can no longer accept paper materials for recycling! Please drop recyclable paper and magazines in the bin at St. Gerard Majella Roman Catholic Church, 16130 Clifton Park Ave., just two blocks south of MLC.
The Veterans Drop Box has been removed by the organization that provided it due to issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope to have it back when this is over.
MLC cannot accept cans at the present time. We'll notify you when the church is open and able to accept these donations.
